1. Order

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • For customized scrub orders, A deposit is required for the Appointment book. After payment, our team will prepare an appointment to send one of our team members to take your measurements and prepare your custom size chart.
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

2. Product Information

  • We aim to display all product details, sizes, and colors accurately.
  • There might be slight differences due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Custom-embroidered items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping

  • We ship across Egypt.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping details.
  • If the order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Some items are non-returnable: Used or washed items, Personalized or embroidered products, Medical devices, or ergonomic scrub (for hygiene reasons)
  • We do not offer refunds. You may choose online-store credit or a product exchange.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items lost after delivery.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EGP and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, belongs to MEDEIRA.
  • You don’t have to use, copy, or reproduce anything from our website without written permission
