What items can I return or exchange?
You can return or exchange your item if:
- You check the size upon delivery during the presence of the courier, and if it doesn’t fit, you only pay the shipping fee.
- There’s a defect or manufacturing issue
What items are not eligible?
- Used or washed items
- Custom embroidered or personalized items
- Medical devices and ergonomic supports for hygiene reasons
- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at Returns@medeirabyk.com with your order number, item details, and reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
When will I get my exchange item?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send the exchange item within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. You can choose between online store credit or an exchange, based on eligibility.
