Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only all over Egypt. We’re on our way to expand worldwide soon.
Can I customize my scrubs?
Yes. Select scrub sets are eligible for embroidery. Add your name or department for a personal touch. Look for the “Custom Embroidery” option before checkout.
Do you offer bulk orders?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns are available only before the courier leaves. Regarding the exchanges, you can review our full Return & Exchange Policy for all conditions.
My package hasn’t arrived. What is for now?
If the package is lost due to delivery failure or wrong address info, we unfortunately do not issue refunds or exchanges. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before confirming your order.
